How is the ratio between cash balance and bonus balance calculated?

Bonus balance and cash balance are used proportionally for bets and winnings based on the real money to bonus money ratio on your account.
For example, if you have €100 in cash balance and €50 in bonus balance on your account, the ratio is 2:1. So in this example, if you place a bet of €30, your bet will consist of €20 real money and €10 bonus balance. Your winnings will be paid out to you in the same ratio.
