If you enter your password incorrectly three times your account will be temporarily locked for security reasons. You can reset your password using your ID Card, Smart-ID or Mobile-ID.
If your account appears to locked for another reason, please check your email for additional info from us about why it is locked – be sure to also check your spam folder.
The reason also might be that Paf does not offer services in the country you are currently in. Therefore, you are currently unable to log in to your account.
If you didn't find the answers above, please check the following remedies:
- Make sure you do not have VPN or Proxy services active – Paf does not allow the use of these
- Make sure you are not using a public internet connection (e.g. café/library) or hotspot function.
- Try to log in using a different device or browser.
- Finally, we also recommend you try clearing your browser cookies and cache. You can find instructions on how to do this here
