Your username is your email address.
If you have forgotten your password, then you can restore it using strong authentication method through the "Forgotten your login details?" (under "Log in with credentials" tab).
Password requirements:
- At least 12 characters
- Both uppercase and lowercase letters, as well as numbers
- No references to personal information or details related to the gaming account
