There might be several reasons why withdrawal was failed:
- You took part and activated turnover bonus offer. During active turnover bonuses withdrawals are unavailable. More info you can find here
- Withdrawals will not go through if the names of the bank account holder and the game account holder do not match.
- Chosen bank is not supported by us
- If you have Wise bank account, then withdrawal can be rejected
